All Donors will get DAILY FIELDNOTES from me via email for each of the 3 Festival days. Who is there, highlights of what is said, how the attendees contribute, what the exhibits are like, the food/drink scene, and the whole general zeitgeist. As though you are there! You will be able to ask me questions and I'll do my best to clarify and explore further.

But wait - there's more! For those who donate $100 or more, I'll send an EXCLUSIVE REPORT WITH COMMENTS on the entire proceedings within 10 days of the end of the festival!

WHO AM I?

Am I a news reporter or influencer? I am not! I’m a US-based Socio-Cultural Anthropologist. In my research work, fieldnotes are about what it is like to be on the ground, with impressions of what's happening between people and their worlds. I'm an astute observer and I write - a lot!

I am attending Future Days to participate with this lovely crowd of conscientious and intelligent Futurists. What I absorb will benefit the clients of my independent futures institute startup - teams in organizations of all kinds at the edge of how to Get Resilient in these uncertain times.

As a side note, I am not a frequent flier; I avoid chugging tons of carbon into the air. That means I have no “points” with an airline or credit card company. So this trip is being self-funded at full price. There is no other outside funding. All donations will be applied directly to travel expenses: flights and accommodations The funding goal does not cover all of the basic expenses like food, ground transportation, or boarding my sassy-pants cat Sombra while I’m away.
