Remembering Rob

We lost Rob McIlwain so suddenly and too soon. He was a trusted colleague and a dear friend. Rob was one of our leaders at ARCH-Philadelphia. He was a skilled manufacturing engineer and loved working with the machines, programming new parts and making a difference. He also loved being the leader of a team. When he had the choice to focus on just the technical side of the business and give up managing people he didn't want to do it. He loved leading and worked every day to be a better leader.

Our hearts and our thoughts go out to his wife, his children and his family. We'd like to help Rob's wife Samantha through this difficult time. We know that money cannot replace our care, our concern and our love. But we also know the challenges she will have facing things on her own with two small children, and would like to ease the burden of worrying about funds.
