Support for breast cancer
Very sadly this year, our rugby coach's wife has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Over the past three years, we’ve had the privilege of being led by Mr. Martin, who has dedicated countless hours to shaping us not just as players, but as young men. Throughout this journey, his wife has been by his side, always showing unwavering support, not just for him but for all of us. As a dedicated house parent, she has poured her heart into the school community, nurturing and guiding students with the same kindness and commitment she shows to her own family. Now, in this incredibly difficult time, we feel it’s our turn to give back to them. This season, in a show of unity and support, our First XV team are going to shave our heads to stand in solidarity with the Martin-Halls reminding them they are never alone in this fight, nor is anyone going through similar experiences. We look up to Mr. Martin as a mentor, and we want him to know that we are with him every step of the way.
In Welland House, Mrs Hall is like a second mum to them. She is the person you go to if you need to talk or if you just want a hug. She is a kind, loving houseparent who is there for the girls whenever they need and now we as a community would like to return the favour and be there for her during this difficult time. Please share or donate whatever you can in support x
