Long-Term Care for Jay ❤

As most of you already know, Jay had a severe head injury, that resulted in emergency brain surgery. He is making progress in his recovery & is currently in a Rehab Facility receiving speech and physical therapy. However, because he is making good progress they will be discharging him soon. Sounds great! Except, cognitively, he will have to have in home care for an undetermined amount of time. The issue facing his family is that his insurance will not pay for this care, which ranges from $2,000 to about $3,000 a MONTH. Our family would greatly appreciate any donation to help offset the cost. Jay is a wonderful person, and we want to provide him the necessary care to bring him back to the "Jay" we all miss & love.
