Fighting against CF

Most of you know that my younger sister Jessica; age 24, has been constantly in and out of the hospital lately and that is because she is battling against Cystic Fibrosis. A life threatening genetic condition that persisently causes lung infection and progressively limits the ability for one to breathe. Due to a defective gene, very thick mucus builds up inside her body causing blockage in the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. Ultimately, extensive lung damage, respiratory failure and other complications. There is no cure for CF patients but there is treatment that helps cope with their condition.

Although, Jessica is in the end stage of cystic fibrosis she is a strong young lady and always manages to pull through. We are unsure how much longer she may have with us but we are very hopeful and with the power of prayer she will overcome this obstacle. At this point we are doing our best to help simplify her way of living. Which is where my dearest friends and family come into place. I am deeply asking for your assistant with gathering funds for a portable oxygen concentrator that she needs that will help facilitate her breathing . This device will help her while on the go without the thought of running out of oxygen, like with her current tanks do. Unfortunately, her insurance will not cover for this device. My mother and I are reaching out to all of you for a small monetary contribution. Absoultely anything counts as we do not have the type of funds. Neither will we have for future funeral expenses. Im the only one working as my mom is in full time care of my sister. So, with a sincere heart I ask for a small donation. We would greatly appreciate anything.
