Madison's Medical Fund
Madison was a healthly, active normal 10 year old until the end of August. The week after school started she developed abdominal pain and we took her to her pediatrician. Since then she has been admitted to four hospitals, numerous xrays, upper and lower GI scopes, barium contrast procedures both upper and lower, antibiotics, anti-parasitics, blood work, gluten allergy tests, numerous other tests and a week long stay at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children (165 miles away from home). The doctors are unable to determine what is causing her abdonminal distension.
When not in an emergency room or hospital she has been at home in pain since August. She is unable to walk unassisted. She misses her friends at school, Girl Scouts, 4-H and her Just For Kix dance team.
Since the pediatricians, doctors and specialists do not know what is causing her pain, this journey is not over. Madison thanks you for your support.
