Help for Jerry Cochran in ICU

Jerry was visiting friends in Arizona when he suffered a massive dissected aorta which completely split and shredded. He lost all blood flow to both of his legs and the surgeons thought they would have to amputate both of his legs. They did open heart surgery and were able to repair his aorta and blood flow was restored to his legs but then his right leg became swollen with to much fluid so the surgeon had to do fasciotomies (incisions down both sides of his lower leg) to relieve the pressure. He is still in ICU with a chest tube, and intubated on a ventilator. They are not sure how long he will be in ICU but his wife is flying in today from Lee's Summit, MO to be with him. They have 3 children and 1 granddaughter. Jerry needs help with medical bills and to help him get back home to Missouri when he is able. We would appreciate any help for this kind and caring man.
