Support HVARS - Help our animals get proper care!

Hi! We are a group of ten 8th graders, working together to help create a better funding situation for HVARS! Hudson Valley Animal Rescue Sanctuary is a non-profit organization that cares about helping and providing animals with the adequate care they need. Thousands of animals every year are abandoned, surrendered, neglected, and abused. HVARS gives these animals a safe place where they can receive the proper care they need. From farm animals and wild animals to traditional pets, HVARS will take in and provide for any animals. They make it their goal and mission to find these animals a comfortable home and, meanwhile, make their time at the shelter enjoyable.

HVARS provides very low-cost vet services, and they continue to help animals gain strength, become healthier, and cope with previous trauma or abuse. This shelter really loves their animals and needs some extra help advertising them and being able to buy our furry friends the necessary resources to keep them alive and thriving. HVARS also has to pay their employees and veterinarians, which adds up to a great sum of money. HVARS has done so much to help the animals in our community, and now it’s time to give back!
