On Thursday, July 27th our friend, father, husband and co-worker took a sudden stroke and has been hospitalized in the MICU since...

He is located at Tufts Medical where he remains in an induced coma. He is facing several challenges and needed operations. He suffered from an aneurysm that lead to him to have a stroke. The area in the brain is very critical and he is currently connected to a ventilator to help him breathe. He is expected to have a tracheostomy surgery soon but it’s a very long process to his recovery.

Miguel has been a part of the Panza restaurant family for over 15 years here in Boston and also at Public Kitchen located in Wakefield, working full time to provide for his wife and children. As you know this has taken an impact on his family mentally and financially and unfortunately, his insurance isn’t covering all of his medical bills. Any donation at this time would be greatly appreciated

doctors performed emergency surgery and had to seal a vein and put a drain back into his brain.
