My name is Hiba Sakr

I come to you today with a heartfelt appeal for someone very special – my mother, Mrs. Ghada Sakr .She is not just a patient battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), but a devoted mother of four adult children and a loving grandmother to two precious grandsons.

My mother's life has been filled with love and laughter, but now it is overshadowed by the uncertainty of her health. AML has cast a dark cloud over our family, threatening to take away our anchor and source of strength.

Despite the grim diagnosis, my mother remains determined to fight for her life. Her children and grandchildren are her reason to keep pushing forward, to endure the pain and the countless hospital visits. They are her motivation to keep hoping for a brighter tomorrow.

But hope alone is not enough. My mother urgently needs a bone marrow transplant, a procedure that comes with a daunting price tag of almost $80,000.00 USD. As our family struggles to make ends meet, the cost of treatment is an unbearable burden.

That's why I'm reaching out to each and every one of you. Your generosity can make the impossible possible – it can give my mother a fighting chance to see her children thrive, to watch her grandsons grow up, and to continue being the heart and soul of our family.
