Help my family leave Gaza before it's too late
Donation protected
Hello everyone, this is the Sehwail family, consisting of Mahmoud Sehwail 28 years old, my wife Walaa 24 years old, my son Essam 2 years old and Mohammed who has down syndrome patient.
We are currently residing in Gaza and living in a tent as a result of the brutalities committed by Israel since October 7th;
As the violence escalates and the danger looms even closer we are left with no choice but to flee to safety with our children, however due to financial hardship following the destruction of our properties and my Car in Beit Hanoun, I and everyone else in my family have been left unemployed and with no funds, so we reach out to you, the global community for urgent assistance.
We were displaced from our home on the first day of the war, leaving behind our memories, dreams, and everything we had. We began a journey that has not ended, moving more than 10 times between shelters, schools, universities, hospitals, institutions, and even tents on the street as we are now.
We are seeking to raise 20,000 USD, the fees that we have to cover to evacuate are as follows:
- [ ] Permits and fees necessary to flee Gaza through Rafah 5000 each person, 15,000 in total for 3 people
- [ ] Additional 5000 USD for accommodation, food, and other essential needs for our family as we navigate this harrowing journey.
Each day we struggle more and more with these conditions and the wellbeing of our family weighs heavily on our hearts, with your generous support, we hope to achieve our goal and provide our children with happy, secure, comfortable, and normal lives that every child deserves to live. We wish to give our children the opportunity to live safely in Egypt and away from war, for their lives to go back to normal and for them to grow old and continue to follow their dreams.
Your donation, no matter the amount can and will change our lives and give us the opportunity to rebuild our lives in a place of peace and stability.
Together we can help my family escape the horrors of war and allow us to seek refuge in a place where we can once again dream of a better tomorrow.
With gratitude,
The Sehwail family.
