Fund Raising For Uncle Steven's Surviving Son

Our beloved Uncle Steven Lee, a resident of the Bay Area, passed away from a tragic accident on the American River in Sacramento last Sunday. He served his community as a U.S. Post Office mail courier for over 25 years and is now survived by his only teenage son. Steven worked long hours everyday, oftentimes even taking on extra shifts and side jobs just to stay afloat.  He spent his only day off in the week being his son's co-pilot, doing father and son things such as biking, laughing and sharing little life lessons here and there, or just grabbing a burger at In-N-Out. Now, even those short precious hours were taken away from his son. 

Not only was he the most loving and caring father to his son, he was always the one extending a hand to those in need of help, sometimes to the extent of no logic nor reasoning. Anywhere he's at, he puts a smile on someone's face, whether it's through his kindness, his positivity, or just his infectious smile. It is with great grief that we lost such a wonderful person in our community.

As we all know, the loss of a loved one can be emotionally and financially challenging, especially for those left behind.  For his young son, this will have traumatizing and lasting effects.
