The Aherlow G4MO Team is taking part in the Cook Medical VIRTUAL Womens Mini Marathon on the weekend of 25 & 26 of September 2021. Participant's registration fee for this event will go towards Breast Cancer Ireland in memory of Aherlow Ladies Club team member Rachel Kenneally.

Gaelic for Mothers & Others (G4MO ) is an initiative by the Ladies Gaelic Football Association (LGFA) to encourage women (aged 26 & over) to join a fun, non-competitive, social environment and get some recommended weekly exercise while meeting other women in their area.

Aherlow currently has over 30 ladies registered for G4MO and this number is growing with new members joining each week. Friendships are being made while some members are learning totally new skills at our Tuesday evening training sessions.
