next wednesday to know about surgeries

My mom Terri Crandall has to have glaucoma and cataract surgery on both eyes. Her copay for each surgery is $300.00. She is on a fixed income, and in no way can she afford it. Without the surgeries, she will lose her vision completely. Would appreciate any help.
