CHEER for Jenny Lester's TV show
Donation protected
“Wildlife ON: Sandy Pines” is an animal rescue show in development by Jennifer Lester Mulridge in association with Eighty Twenty Studio. The following story is about how fans like you can help.
Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre is one the largest rehabilitation facilities of its kind in Canada. Based in Napanee, between the cities of Belleville and Kingston, the centre serves our human and animal populations by responding to wildlife health crises every day of the year. They do so without any government funding.
Our production team believes the human and natural worlds are interconnected. We'll take you behind the scenes with Sandy Pines director and co-founder, Sue Meech, and the amazing team performing this charitable work. Your donation will help bring this tv series to life.
We spent two special days last August with Sue, her staff, her volunteers and the animals. That time and the weeks that followed have resulted in not only the snap-shot video below, but loads of ideas about growing the series. Every penny you donate will help keep our cameras rolling.
Two of the animals shown in the video are presently recovering and will need to go back where they came from. Our plan is to film their return to the wild, which we expect to be in early December, after the close of hunting season. The footage promises to be intimate, heartwarming and of a professional, broadcast standard. It’ll take resources to capture this and share it with you, so please donate today.
We believe by recording and broadcasting these wildlife rescues, Sandy Pines' charitable support will grow exponentially - which means help for even more wildlife.
