Help Matthew & Victoria rebuild their home

Hello to everyone! We are Victoria, Matthew, MJ and Lana (our pup) - we purchased our dream home in Goffstown NH in August 2022, and shortly after moving in there was a flood from the refrigerator which triggered an insurance claim, and then we had an extensive mold remediation, and an asbestos abatement in order to remove the water damaged walls, floors, and ceilings in the kitchen/dining room/basement.

Once everything was opened up we discovered massive structural engineering issues, building code violations, as well as pluming, and electrical code violations.

The house was stated to be "a catastrophe waiting to happen" by the town and has been sitting vacant, non livable, since October 10th, 2023.

We have been displaced from our home for over 272 days, our son had to relocate schools, weve been moved to 6 different rentals all over the state, and our worlds have been flipped upside down for the last year to say the least.

Its been 272 days since weve been able to live in our house (which were still finacially responsible for)! We simply just want to rebuild our home but we're at the mercy of the insurance company because of the large scale this project has turned into. We need to figure out a way to raise money to start rebuilding before we run out of time. Our deadline for our current temporary home is September 29th. That give a little less than 3 months to start working on it. We have a contractor on standby.

After MONTHS & MONTHS of negotiating with the insurance we are getting no where, and it is clear that we need to fund this project ourselves if we ever want to rebuild. At this point we might be looking at filing suit, which will take years in court according to our attorney. As a family we are at a really big risk of running out of funds to pay rent + the mortgage. With inflation, the cost of living, we have both been working tirelessly at this as much as we can but need help! We never wanted to ask for help and we honestly never thought we would have to. We thought the insurance would get us rebuilt by now vs paying for us to live in other houses.

We're offically asking for help from our friends, family, and colleagues - we need HELP to hit this huge goal to start working on rebuilding our property. All together we need over $190k but if we can generate a lump sum to start then we can at least get the ball rolling on rebuilding.
