Surgery for Trouble

Hi everyone. My name is Amanda and I've made this gofundme for my baby, Trouble. Trouble is almost 5 months old and is treated as he is my own child. While we were trying to celebrate our 4th of July weekend, Trouble was also very excited. So excited that he thought he could fly if he ran super fast off of a 3 foot high porch. Well when gravity failed him, his landing place happened to be the only brick that was on the ground. His leg was instantly broken upon impact. I knew instantly it was broken. My poor baby! When we were able to get him into a vet, they confirmed it was fractured right above his ankle area. (The last bend before his paw.) He has a splint on it for now but the vet has informed me that it will not heal with just a splint. He has to have surgery. Unfortunately the only orthopedic surgeon here does not accept payment plans. Trust me... I tried. Especially since the amount I was told was needed to have the surgery done. They want $2500. Can you believe it? That's insane! The only other option was to amputate it. I didn't ask how much that was because there's no way! I can NOT let my baby lose his leg! Even if it's just a dollar, literally ANYTHING is GREATLY appreciated and Trouble will also appreciate it. I don't want to see my baby suffer! Please help us get my baby taken care of. Oh and I'm gonna try and change the goal amount to $3000 only because I know he will need to be seen after surgery as well for checkups. Thank you so much!
