Compassion Society Burlington

Hi there. I'm Chris Jewitt and I just came onboard to assist Compassion Society Burlington. CS responds to the needs of our community with support and connections by providing clothing, food, household items and referrals to local services. We are on track to help over 16000 clients in 2015 including many local men, women and children who deperately need our services and goods from time to time and often more frequently to simply help make ends meet.  Each year funding is a challenge but the fact today is that without a quick and effective injection of cash we will not be open in January 2016!  
We are in desperate need of funding to pay the rent on our space, keep our van on the road collecting food donations, pay our staff, and cover utilities.
Funds are required now.
I can tell you from the bottom of our hearts not only would all of us working for Compassion Society be incredibly grateful for your generosity, whatever that might be, all those we serve in Burlington and area would give you one huge hug of immense gratitude! We've been operating since 2004 and need to keep this most vital service in business beyond 2015!
