Leo’s TPLO surgery

Hi friends,

If you know literally anything about me, it’s probably that my dog Leo is my best friend and entire world. Last month, Leo ruptured his cranial cruciate ligament (CCL). This has made it extremely painful for Leo walk/run and live his normal active, crackhead lifestyle. He’s been put on multiple medications to help with the pain and inflammation but unfortunately the only thing that will fix this injury is surgery. Our vet has recommended a Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) as the only course of action that will 100% get Leo back to his active self again… I’ve been trying to put this off since it is a big surgery but seeing Leo limping in pain and not being able to move, run and jump around like he used to is painful to watch as a pet parent. If you’ve ever met Leo you know he NEVER runs out of energy and always wants to be outside running around and exploring and I just want my boy to be happy and healthy again. Normally, I would never ask for financial help from friends and family but the expense of this surgery is not something I can not afford on my own. Any donations are truly appreciated!
