Secondary School Program at Harvard

Hello, my name is Mayra Luna. I am a sophomore at Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit High School, and I am part of a work study program that allows me to work at Cisco Systems one day a week. I applied to the Secondary School Program at Harvard University, and a couple of weeks ago, I got the notification that I was accepted. Now that I have been accepted, the only thing that is keeping me from going is the money that I need to pay for the program. I will work my hardest to make sure the money is raised before the deadline which is March 15, 2016. This opportunity means a lot to me because it will be my first time traveling to the East Coast, and it will show me what is ahead for me when I graduate from high school. I am going to be taking classes on Economics and Psychology that are worth college credit. I will be really thankful to all of you if my goal is met because it will help fulfill a life-long dream of mine of visiting Harvard University.
