The Chapman Family

We have set up this GoFundMe following the saddening news of J Chapman’s passing. He was a loving father, husband, and friend who served his country in the USAF.

J passed away on August 7th after a longtime addiction battle. This battle led to the loss of his medical license and a career he worked so hard for, thus leaving his family in a bad way financially. They have struggled for a while as J worked for LeafGuard as a salesman, earning only commission with no expense reimbursement. His wife, Stefanie, is a homemaker and has been the sole caretaker of their three children, K Rose, Foster, and Sam, for most of their lives. Now they are devastated and left trying to make sense of this tragedy while worrying about their financial future.

Please help this family obtain some security during this terrible time. Stefanie is one of the most beautiful people I have ever met and has been through so much.
