As some are already aware on Friday 1st February we had the devastating news that our 9 year old fun loving Thomas had taking ill and was in a Critical condition , from there Thomas has been moved to the picu in Manchester where they are trained highly to monitor and look after him more closely .
Once moved we found out he had suffered a major stroke caused by a blood clot on the brain as a result straight away he was put into an induced coma in which he remains .
We don’t have anymore information other than Thomas is fighting like the trooper he is and the amazing doctors / nurses etc are doing all they can for him.
Thomas is the most kindest, caring most polite little boy you would come across and anyone that knows him will find this heartbreaking ,
As a family we are devastated
but thinking of the nightmare his parents are going through I have set up this page, On speaking to other family members we think it would help so much.
Thomas is like I say in the picu in Manchester the time frame in which he will remain in this amazing hospital is also unknown.
His parents want to stay by his bedside (like any parent would) and therefore work hasn’t even entered their head but they are going to be off for at least the near future not only this but they have expenses adding up by the day while down there, this is added pressure and worry for them . We want his parents to be able to focus on their little boy and not have the added worry or pressure about anything else so if anyone would kindly like to donate we could not thank you enough in helping lift the load off this family at the worst time in a parents life .
Any amount would help but if for any reason it’s not possible please send a prayer for our little Thomas because we need all the prayers love and support we can get,
