I am Lance Cassino a certified paralegal, title consultant and web developer in the Denver metro area working with a network of other paralegals, attorneys, legal authors, forensic analysts, securitization analysts and other expert witnesses in helping homeowners fight foreclosure and keep their homes. We all do quite a bit of pro bono work for those that cannot afford to pay for needed service.
A group of us are forming www.HomeownersPMA.org a Private Membership Association (PMA), as a non-profit unincorporated association to be able to better help each other as members in helping more homeowners fight foreclosure through public grants, technology, websites, and good old fashioned networking by sharing our experiences and knowledge.
The total initial startup costs to form http://www.homeownerspma.org/ is $1,500. Computer equipment, software, forensic analysis equipment, legal data base access, additional legal work and tax reporting costs for the first year requires $13,500, totaling the $15,000 funding sought.
