Help Needed for Oliver's Surgery

Hello,

My name is Amber and I have been blessed to have this wild child, Oliver, in my life since he was 5 weeks old. After being abandoned in downtown Charleston without his siblings or mother, he was rescued by the great Physical Therapy team at MUSC and delivered into my care.

Less than 2 years later on April 9th, 2024, Oliver had been diagnosed with a life-threatening obstruction at our local Emergency Hospital and we made the decision to do everything possible to get our little guy back to his old self and home with us. Oliver remained in the hospital for 3 days to receive the exceptional care he needed and we are so thankful for his medical staff (Drs. Andrews, Harris, and McKenzie from the ER, his surgeon Dr. Nesser, and the entire Veterinarian Tech team).

Unfortunately, emergent, life-saving care does come at a cost and between both Oliver's ER care and his sudden surgery, we are now looking at $8,000 in expenses and are humbly requesting any support. All funds will go straight to his veterinary bills and any excess will be sent to the BluePearl Cares non-profit organization to help support future families facing our same situation.
