Lori’s Miracle

Hi, we took our mom, Lori Smith, on a surprise 60th Birthday trip and on the way home we stopped for gas and she tripped and fell over a parking block. She had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital and was transferred to UF Health Hospital in downtown Jacksonville, FL. She has broken both of her arms as well as crushing her elbows. She needs reconstructive surgery on both arms as well as round the clock care. Our sister, Amber, is taking a leave of absence from work, unpaid to help her because she cannot use her arms and will require 24/7 care.
