Harlow Essex Hosting the Knife Angel

Hi my name is Melanie Hopwood I am the mother of Tommy Jones who was stabbed & killed September 1st 2006 , since then I have Campaigned & raised awareness for knife & violent crime , a team of us have joined together to start raising money to Host the national monument of violence & aggression the knife Angel in Harlow Essex September 2023 we have the Angel for 30 days in which we have to hold educational workshops & with groups & organisations we will raise lots of awareness, we are hoping the council & police help out to I am waiting on reply’s from them both , the costs are quite high & we need to hire cranes , flat bed lorry , lighting , Security, insurance, lots of printing advertising, equipment for the educational workshops,& along side this & to carrry one after the Angel has gone I am building The Tommy Jones Project & a education Program called Split Second, so this why I have started this go fund me page , please even if it’s just £1 every little helps we need this for our community, & anything left over after all our expenses will be going back into our town for the safety of our children Thankyou I am very grateful to anyone who makes a donation
