Things We Lost in the Fire

Dear Family and Friends,


As some of you know, my sister Daniela (Nely) and her husband Daniel Tobin lost their house in a fire today. We thank God they are unhurt as they weren’t home, but they lost all of their personal belongings, along with two of their precious cats, Marley and Max.


With all that is happening in the world, being without a home is certainly one of the words things to happen to a family. They have lost their clothes, furniture, kids’ toys, personal baby mementos, wedding memories, and everything else you can imagine. As Nely is a Marine Vet, she has also lost all of her military belongings. Many things can be replaced, but unfortunately, many cannot.

 
Nely is very active in fundraising for the Semper Fi fund, an organization which helps Marine Veterans all over the US. She has a big heart and loves to help anyone she comes across. But, now is the time for her to receive some help.


If you find it in your heart to give even a small amount, we would be grateful. Any amount you give, would give this family a little bit of security during this very difficult time. But if you cannot donate, please stand in prayer with us, that God’s hand of mercy, protection, and blessing be over them. We believe that He can restore all that was lost. He is faithful to all who place their faith in Him.
