Plz help my dog

Hi my name is angelica and my dogs name is candy and she’s been having seizures and throwing up care for her is 2,000$ and I really need help I’ve lost a bunch of family members these past couple of months my dog is basically my air. my main support was my stepdad who passed so I don’t have that kinda help anymore
