Gabby, Rob & the Pups

Less than three weeks ago, a beautiful wedding ceremony took place and our sister Gabby married her soulmate, Rob. The newlyweds were surrounded by friends and family and forever was on their horizon.

Returning to their home in Lahaina, they enjoyed what seemed to be paradise as Mr. and Mrs.

On Tuesday, August 8th, they were forced to evacuate their home as they watched a wildfire coupled with 80 mph winds approach their neighborhood.

They packed essentials, rounded up their dogs and drove quickly away from the flames and smoke.

As the winds continued, they watched from a distance as their home and belongings were engulfed in flames and turned to ashes.

Gabby and Rob left behind the home they just finished remodeling, Rob's car, all of their wedding gifts, prized possessions and the life they had built for themselves.

While we count our blessings they made it out safely and their Maui Ohana is providing a safe place for them to sleep, rebuilding is a tall mountain to climb.

Rob is an ICU nurse and Gabby is a teacher. They will be starting from ground zero. They have received an outpouring of support from people who want to help them as they get back on their feet.

The purpose of this GoFundMe is to provide a financial outlet for support and assistance in this time of need.
