I am an Artist, photographer, musician, father and heavily involved supporter in the arts and music scene in Yuma, Arizona.
I have recently fell ill and have had my left leg amputated to save my life. The infection had spread into the blood stream and the amputation was deemed imperative.
I have started this GoFundMe account in an effort to help pay day to day bills, co-pays and other surprise fees that have come up recently. As far as personal time off or any type of sick leave I have depleted it all in February of 2017 and have no source of income other than working. I do not qualify for disability and working is not feasible at this point
After much consideration ... I have set up this account to seek financial donations.
