Gabriel from Uganda and the kids!

Hi everyone.

I am Gabriel Onder. I live in Uganda in the city of Bugiri where I also study at Bukooli College.



I have dedicated my private life to street children.
Together with a friend, we took care of them. We rent a common room where children sleep, learn and eat.
With God's blessing, nothing is impossible, but it is not always easy.
Without your help and the people who help us regularly, we would not be able to do it.


Cost
Here is a rough calculation of the costs.
the whole group is 30 children

The food for the whole group.............. 15€ per day

Rental costs of the building.................. 100€ per month

We want to buy new mattresses for each child, but it is a big dream.
One mattress costs € 40. So it will be 1,200 € in total.

Bed linen...................................................... 3,32€ per child (100€ in total)

Medical check-up..................................... 5€ per month, per child

Medical insurance.................................. 100€ per month for whole group

I work as a hairdresser. One cut is € 0.50.
My mother, who is a teacher and sells fruit and vegetables at the market, helps me too.
We don't have a lot of money out of it, not enough for so many children.

Hi, I'm Danon. I met Gabriel in early 2021. I was skeptical of who he is and what he does.
I don't trust anyone on the internet. However, after dozens of video calls and talking to Gabriel, I know that it is worth helping him.
I run Gabriel's YouTube channel  so that none of you have any doubts and support Gabriel and the children financially.

Other costs:

Not all children are in school now. It costs 60€ per period, per child (per 3 months)
Many children now have no clothes or shoes, so they often get injured on their feet, (shoes and clothes are not the top priority)

We regularly need 300 euros per month (just to be able to eat and sleep).
