Gabriel Monjaraz Memorial Fund
Donation protected
It is with an extremely heavy heart that we announce the loss of a Presidium family member.
Gabriel Monjaraz and his father Juan Carlos Monjaraz are members of the Verge community team in Dallas. This past weekend, Gabriel lost his life in a tragic accident. We held off informing everyone of this accident, because the local news hastily reported inaccurate details concerning the exact events that led to Gabriel’s passing. The news reports have since been proven false and the Dallas Police Department has issued a formal apology to the Monjaraz family.
If you had the extreme pleasure of knowing, working with, or simply meeting Gabriel, you know what a wonderful and kind soul he was. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, Verge teammates, Verge residents, and our Presidium family. It’s times like these that we can show others what it truly means to be a member of the Presidium family. If you are able, please consider making a donation here to the Gabriel Monjaraz Memorial Fund. All proceeds will go to Gabriel’s family for funeral expenses. Thank you in advance for your contributions.

*Per the GoFundMe terms and conditions and for full transparency, we just want to update you on this. Jany Guerra-Rodriguez has been selected as the “beneficiary” on this GoFundMe account, so she can withdraw money for the Monjaraz family. She is the Community Director at Verge and has been assisting the family with the funeral arrangements. All parties involved are aware. Thank you.
