Gabriele‘s cancer treatment (medical costs)

Liebe Freunde, Familie und Mitmenschen,

mit schwerem Herzen wende ich mich heute an euch. Wie viele bereits wissen, wurde meine Mutter letztes Jahr mit Krebs diagnostiziert, und es steht eine langwierige, intensive Behandlung an. Leider wird ein Teil der Behandlungskosten nicht von der Krankenkasse übernommen, sodass wir auf private Mittel angewiesen sind, um ihr die bestmögliche medizinische Versorgung zukommen zu lassen.

Die Diagnose kam für uns alle völlig unerwartet, und die Belastung ist nicht nur emotional, sondern auch finanziell enorm. Meine Mutter hat immer für andere gesorgt und sich immer mit aller Kraft für ihr Umfeld eingesetzt. Nun ist es an der Zeit, ihr mit einer ähnlichen Unterstützung zur Seite zu stehen!

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing to you today. As many of you already know, my mother was diagnosed with cancer last year and is facing a long, intensive treatment. Unfortunately, part of the treatment costs are not covered by the health insurance, so we have to rely on private funds to provide her with the best possible medical care.

The diagnosis came completely unexpectedly for all of us and the burden is enormous, not only emotionally but also financially. My mother has always cared for others and always done everything she can for those around her. Now it is time to support her as much as we can!
