Gale Simpson needs our help. Gale’s garage recently burned down. Out of the goodness of her heart, she allowed a couple of homeless people to stay in the garage to keep warm during the winter extreme cold snap. Unfortunately the small fire they’d lit to stay warm caught fire.

Gale is on a ventilator and has a slew of health issues, including having her left kidney removed and cancer in her bladder where she receives chemotherapy once a month. Cancer has now been found on lungs.

The loss of her garage and the fight with her insurance company, who refused to cover any of the costs, has left her in need of help. JUSTJUNK®, a local junk removal company, is demoing the garage for free but that doesn’t cover the loss of Gale’s belongings and other needs she has.

We’re asking for help to cover the loss of Gale’s belongings as well as offer some peace of mind to this wonderful woman who just wanted to help a couple of people out in the cold Calgary months. Anything you have would be greatly appreciated.
