Galley Head Swim 2022

So, this year I will do the Galley Head Swim solo. It’s a 10k open water swim, on the 9th of July, which is done to support three fantastic charities - Marymount University Hospital & Hospice, West Cork Underwater Search & Rescue and the Irish Community Air Ambulance.
It’s a challenging 10k (if I stay on track) open-sea swim starting at the Red Strand, going around the Galley Head, swimming parallel to Long Strand and Owenahincha Beaches before finishing up on The Warren Beach, all under the watchful eye of skipper Cris Lane.
If anyone would like to donate to these worthy causes, it would be much appreciated, and can be done through the GoFundMe page I have set up, with 100% of all donations going to the charities.
