Gamma Phi Delta

Hello everybody,

As I write this post with a heavy heart, I wanted to inform our alumni of current events that have occurred at Gamma.

This summer, we had local homeless people break into our house. They stole some big ticket items, peed on our couches, slept in our beds, and left fecal matter in our microwave and oven.

We had actual money stolen from the house and the entire house was vandalized. We are asking for donations to properly clean the house to make it a livable space again.

If anyone has couches (some oldies but goodies), we will be happy to take them off your hands and put them to good use.

The house was not in good shape before this incident. Over the years, we have had many members neglect their financial responsibility to the house in their final year. In terms, we are not financially able to support the house's needs. It does not help that our insurance policy only covers vandalism, not theft.

We have updated our security system and are currently working on adjusting our insurance policy.

If we don’t get some significant funds, we will lose the house within the next three years.

We are open to any ideas, funds, or furniture donations to improve our current situation.
