Celebration of "Ganeshotsav 2022" together with Dhol-Tasha and Lezim rally (drums and folk dance of Maharashtra)
Marathi Mitra Berlin and Ramanbaug Yuva Manch Germany, together with Sri Ganesha Hindu temple and Indian communities in Berlin, are premiering a must-visit, 10-day festival in the heart of Berlin, just as it is celebrated every year by millions of fans and devotees in Maharashtra/India.
The celebration encompasses a wide range of activities:
- Ganesha Pratishthapana: Installing the idol of Lord Ganesha
- Daily Pooja, Aaarti and Prasadam on each of the 10 days
- Cultural events
- Flamboyant and traditional procession on the last day, led by the irresistible, traditional beats of Ramanbaug's Dhola-Tasha ensemble and the graceful Lezim dancers!!!
- Thanksgiving to the volunteers
