Garbage Bill Help

We need help with our garbage bill, currently my parents owe 81.86, it will climb even higher if its not paid again. If you can help, we would deeply appreciate it. We currently have a pretty bad trash problem in general and really we need a large drop box to empty all that we have but its going to be over 200 dollars in order to get one of those - so for now if we can just get help to pay for this bill it would be deeply appreciated.
