Garcia Family National City flood victims

Hi my name is Mustmeth Anguiano. On Monday January 22,2024 my sister got the devastating call from my niece that their house was getting flooded! It all happened so fast! Within minutes the entire inside of the house was flooded. It was a scene from the movies. My sister and brother in law were rushing to get to the house but due to traffic it seemed like an eternity to arrive. With the help of family we were able to bucket, sweep, vacum the water out. The water was a need to see to believe. I will include a couple of the picutres that we took from the incident. The only thing on our mind was to clear the water out. Thankfully nobody was hurt. I am seeking this as I have seen that it has helped many in need.

My sister lost all of their belongings; all their stuff is damaged. They are a family of 5. Both my sister and brother in law have full time jobs and like many of us are sturggling to get by day by day. My 2 nephews and niece memories were all washed away! We were able to gather some clothes but everything is in terrible condition. Although the situation was tragic we are grateful that eveyone is healthy despite of the situation. I am making this in hopes to gather some assistance for her. She will have to start from scratch. All donations will go directly for them to help rebuild their home.
