This years fundraiser in aid of the Captains' Charity is a Triathlon called the Castle to Coast Triathlon.
It is so called because it starts in Windsor and finishes in Brighton.
The Triathlon starts with a 1.2 mile swim in the lake at Eton Dorney followed by a 67 mile bike ride to Hassocks in West Sussex and finishes with a 13.2 mile run (or crawl) into Brighton.
I have done a couple of Triathlons in the past but nothing of this length, in a very strange way I am looking forward to it.
The Charity I am supporting is the Captains' Charity which is Newbury Cancer Care. I am sure that you will agree it is a fantastic cause.
If you can help in any way possible I will be delighted and I know Ken and Cilla will be too.
