Garland Mountain: Help Employees Affected by Fire
Donation protected
On Thursday, November 2nd, 2023, Jack Chevalier, owner of Garland Mountain Sporting Clays, received a call at 4:30AM, from the Cherokee Fire Department, that will forever change he and his Garland Mountain employee's lives. The place he created over eight years ago, renowned for its outdoor recreational facility, located in the picturesque landscape of Waleska, Georgia, nestled at the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains, an experience like no other for sporting clay enthusiasts, had burnt to the ground. Over the past few days, 1000's of people have reached out to inquire how they can help and what are the next steps. Jack's first thought was about his employee's and how he can support them during this tough time. This is where all of his members, friends and patrons of Garland Mountain, can take action. We reached out to Jack and suggested he start a GoFundMe page, where 100% of the funds will go to his employees. On behalf of Jack and with his support, we have started this go fund me page to support his employees who woke up that morning and were immediately financially impacted. Please consider donating to those employees impacted.
