Garnet the Great

After being diagnosed with Leukemia, a rare-slow growing blood disease, my father has fought all odds against him. As the years go by, his body is struggling to battle and stay healthy. In May 2019, Garnet was diagnosed with another cancer called Squamous Cell Carcinoma, a cancer rapidly growing on the side of his face and neck; he went in for an enduring surgery to remove it leaving him deaf in his one ear. 

Sadly, the doctors were unable to completely rid him of it. With there being more left in his body, he must undergo 7 weeks of radiation, where he’s told it will be a grueling and painful journey with potential life altering health complications…

My dad has been one hell of a warrior remaining strong with a great attitude. Starting a GoFundMe campaign was difficult to convince him of. He’s a man who asks nothing of anyone, but will Always be there to lend a hand when needed.

The money we are funding is to send him to a holistic medical facility called Sanoviv. This hospital uses a unique blend of conventional, alternative, and integrative programs.
