For those that don’t know, Garret had a seizure the morning of August 28 that prompted me to call 911. I was so scared that he had a stroke and I was losing the love of my life. They took him by ambulance to Washington Regional and we quickly learned that he had a mass on his brain in the left frontal lobe. Radiologist felt it was benign but ordered an MRI to further diagnose the mass. Once again results came back quickly that confirmed a significantly large Meningioma in the back of the left lobe. It has to come out and the surgeon has an opening to do the surgery on 8/2 if we can get the pre authorization from insurance that quickly. He is relieved to know what has been causing his issues with speech and memory. Now he just wants it out so he can move on pass it.
