We need your help.
Garrett Deputy, son, brother, uncle, cousin, friend to many, teller of tales, a life of the party, music aficionado, craftsman extraordinaire. Garrett has been diagnosed with a very rare Stage 4 Metastatic Basal Cell Cancer; that means what started on his arm (from the sun) is now also in his lung and lymph nodes-- treatment will be long (daily chemo pill) and radiation, forever actually -- he will lose his hair, his taste and be tired, likely never be able to work again.
He's in good hands in Chicago -- Northwestern University is overseeing his care. He is applying for disability, might take two years!! -- "our government at work" -- Meanwhile, his everyday expenses, rent, car insurance, gas, food, -- you get the idea. He needs money for living -- And we are not yet sure Medicaid will pay 100% for the very expensive treatment.
How can you help? Please Donate and send this to everyone you know.
