Garth Batchelor

The Batchelor family has always been such an important part of the South Whidbey community. From coaching baseball, to fundraising, supporting our kids and local athletics and always opening their hearts to their community members. Garth and Olivia Batchelor grew up on South Whidbey and have been raising their three amazing kids here.

Garth unexpectedly passed away on Feb. 6, 2024 leaving his family, and our community, heart broken. I am fundraising for my friend Olivia and their children Brent, Morgan and Levi. Garth was the primary income in their household and the last thing we want is for our friends to have to think about finances while planning for his funeral and while grieving the loss of their husband and father and finding their way forward in such a difficult time.

If anyone deserves the support of this community, it is this family. This family who has done nothing but support South Whidbey and the culture of giving, friendship and kindness that we should all embrace.
