Gary and Christine Ishmael Family

Anyone who knows Gary and Christine knows that they are the best kind of people. Gary has had a life long stuggle with his health due to his sickle thalassemia. He always handles his struggles like a champ. After nearly a month of dealing with stomach pain that could not be diagnosed Gary was admitted to the hospital on April 24th for pancreatitis. Due to difficulties from his life long disease of sickle thalassemia his major organs took a hit and his liver, bile duct and kidneys began to fail. A trial treatment is being done to save Gary's life but a liver transplant (if he's approved) may be next. Gary is looking at a long road of recovery. Due to Gary being in the hospital for so long and Christine now needing to be by his side their income has decreased significantly. It is very uncomfotable for them to allow me to set up this fund, they would never ask for this themselves. I know that there are many people who would love to help and I felt that this was an easy way for people to show their love and support to this wonderful family. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
