Gary Burton loved by so many, will never be forgotten!! ❤️❤️

Hi, my name is Connie and I am creating a Go Fund Me for the family of Gary Kenneth Burton, I would like to advise everyone that this morning on September 3rd at 6:11 AM. My father had passed away at West Parry Sound Hospital , He went very peacefully and now he is on his way to the gates of Heaven. I’m gonna miss you so much, my best friend, The one person I could talk to that never would place judgement on anybody. He’s a very loved man, with the biggest heart and so much compassion, he would give his shirt off his back to give you a complete stranger if they needed it, with so many friends and family that loved him, I truly believe he is in peace now, no more suffering. We have a very small family and we had to post our story before hand because we won’t have much time once he passes us and leaves us He has three children that love him very much Gary Jr, Connie and Cathy being the baby, whom he loved very much he has four beautiful sisters, Lorraine, Gail Jane, and Shelly. 

Gary spent his whole life before retiring in Scarborough Ontario he worked his fingers to the bone working with HVAC duct work systems for over 50 years, once he was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver stage 4 he relocated to Parry Sound to live with his his oldest daughter Connie, having his 2 grand daughters Ashley & Paige and great grand sons Preston and Lyncoln, spending a lot of time he had a passion for fishing and in his final years loved spending time sitting on the front lawn with his bestie Joey watching the cars go by and always saying they’re going way to fast while having a nice cold drink. Gary became the neighbourhood Popa and all the kids knew who he was. In the last 5 weeks Gary went from listening to George Jones and laughing with his family telling stories about his life,

We are absolutely devastated by this recent and tragic turn of events we are struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the cremation, and all the other costs that may go along after the fact. We are looking to raise $8000 to help towards giving him the celebration of life he deserves, pay funeral expenses, final debts and cremation: our family is forever indebted to any persons who is willing to help us during this hard time.
