Gary lost his life saving kids from a rip current

On January 1st Gary was enjoying the beach with his family and friends when Gary saw several kids get caught in a rip current. Gary quickly decided to enter the water and helped saving the children but was pulled out to the sea by the current while his wife and his children could only helplessly watch. Pompano Beach Fire Rescue was able to find Gary but it was too late, Gary was pronounced dead in the hospital.
Gary Paul Cappellucci 50, originally from Cape Cod Massachusetts died while saving others. My dear friend died performing a heroic act and saving total strangers to him. He was a great person and devoted father. Gary left behind his wife Angel, son Zachary 16, daughter Summer 10.

This memorial fund is being started for Gary's wife my best friend Angel and her children. Angel is one of the strongest woman I know! We have been friends since we were born. She and Gary were always doing for others within the community they volunteer at their children's schools as well as coach countless sports team. Gary has always lent a helping hand for friends, family and neighbors. I set up this fund to help Angel and the kids with upcoming expenses.
