Gary Savage's home burned down in wildfire

Im Max, Gary Savage's son. You may know of him as the artist on Front Street who has done portraits for the last 20+ years. He is a Lahaina local who has had everything taken in the devastating wildfire that swept through Maui this week.

His home, vehicle, belongings, and beloved surfboards/art were destroyed as he, and other locals, jumped into the ocean to get away from the smoke and heat.

Gary would never ask for help, but he has lost everything, so we are asking for him.

With Lahaina destroyed there is no longer work to return to, and it will take a long time to return to any sense of normalcy and steady income.

No one knows what steps are next. Anything you can contribute will go a long way to showing him that we care, and we are here to help him while he, and so many others, are mourning the loss of Lahaina and their homes.
