"He stood in the storm, and when the wind did not blow him away, he adjusted his sails." Yesterday was the day that we received one of the most devastating calls a parent could ever receive. We received that call that our son had passed away. He chose to end his life yesterday 10/2/2023. Jr had been battling severe depression and addiction most of his adult life. Jr graduated from Lee Davis High School. He loved playing basketball and playing video games. He was a kind sole and always had a smile on his face. In 2012 he brought into this world his most prize possession his daughter Lilah. She became his focus and his everything in life.

Jr had such a sense of humor. He liked to be the clown at everything not matter if it was in school or at home, he was the playful kid. He always made his daughter laugh and came up with craziest of jokes just to keep the smile even when he was facing challenges.

Please help us raise money to pay for funeral expenses as we bring JR home to Virgnia to rest in peace during this painful time. No amount of money will lessen the pain and the heartbreak we all feel but will help his family Gary, Tricia, Tracy and DJ with the lengthy cost of laying him to rest. All donations will go to the funeral home to cover expenses and any leftover will go into an account (trust fund) for his daughter.
